Misaka is the story of early April. A perfect 10-0 record with zero losses, backed by a 15-game win streak that started in late March. M-monk ex at 9-1 is quietly dominant. Only one loss in 10 appearances, plus an 8-game win streak during this window. The kind of fighter that doesn’t make headlines but steadily prints Salty Bucks, RACK ’EM UP!
Omega Tiger Woods continues to show up. First off, LMAO, what a name, what a character. Secondly, eight wins in 10 matches — one of only three fighters with 10 appearances in the period. Active and dangerous.

The Clone zero-kofm upset is brutal. The crowd put $24.4 million on Dorniar ex. Clone zero-kofm got $1.1 million. Clone zero-kofm won. C-xion is the crowd’s blind spot. We flagged C-xion in the March second-half report for pulling a 24:1 upset in S-tier, and here they are again — the crowd put $488K on Joker_shiki vs $30K on C-xion. C-xion won anyway. Two reports in a row, the crowd has severely underestimated this fighter. P beat Ice dragon in X-tier at 15.1x — X-tier upsets are rare and expensive. Only 158 X-tier matches happened this period, and this was the biggest one. Somebody lost a lot of Salty Bucks that day.

$101.6 million on a single X-tier match. S-tomy vs Goa drew $100.5M on the red side alone — and S-tomy delivered. The March second-half record pot hit $140M, so we didn’t break any records, but nine figures on a MUGEN match is still absurd.
The $87.4M B-tier pot between Very gregariously and Homero is the interesting outlier. B-tier rarely draws that much action. Someone had conviction.

Misaka, Evil Zangief HD, Shiki Nanaya, Adol Christin, and Nono — if these names look familiar, it’s because they all appeared in our streak bulletin analysis. These aren’t one-off runs. These are fighters who go on tears consistently. Nono, especially, continues to be the most cursed fighter on the platform — 10 straight losses here, six separate streak bulletins in our March–April tracking window.

How Did Predictions Hold Up?

One honest note: Medium confidence (69.3%) and Low confidence (56.3%) are barely better than a coin flip. We’re transparent about this — when the model says “Low,” it means it genuinely doesn’t know. Don’t back low-confidence picks with heavy money.

The Weird Stuff

April 1 was the most chaotic day — a 35.3% upset rate. Perfect for April Fools, right? The calmest day was April 7 at just 27.6%. That 7.7 percentage point swing across a single week is the difference between “everything makes sense” and “burn your bracket.”
Only 21 fighters had 8+ matches in 15 days. That’s how wide SaltyBet spreads its roster. The high-volume fighters (10 appearances max) are the ones the tier system is actively cycling, and even they barely cracked double digits.
27 fighters went undefeated with 5 or more matches. Misaka leads at 10-0, but Boss Sagat, Ex Iori XIII, Ikusan, and Shiki Nanaya all went perfect with 7 wins each. Not a bad two weeks for that crew.
